ResiClub: Midwestern Market Defies Institutional Homebuying Decline

Parcl Labs supplied ResiClub with a list of the top 10 metro area housing markets where institutional operators (owning at least 500 U.S. single-family homes) purchased the most single-family homes from mid-August to mid-November. Parcl Labs analysis demonstrated that 1 in 10 U.S. single-family homes bought by these operators in the last three months was located in Columbus.
