Manage alerts by type, with notifications in the same workspace.

Create an alert from the hub, or use the bell on a chart to start with that market and metric. Each rule shows what it tracks and when it will notify you.

Open the bell in the top navigation to review notifications, then follow a result back to the relevant market or Homes search.

Vacation brings together second-home ownership, listing activity, and the places owners live. Both desks are in beta. Recent periods may still be settling, and deeper geographic views require Pro.

The Financing desk now puts equity positions first. Compare the distribution of equity across held homes and homes listed for sale, then explore how those positions differ by purchase year.

The vintage ledger brings purchase cohorts into one view, with loan-type filters and a comparison of held and listed homes. Use it to understand which groups have more or less room to sell.

Equity measures are estimates and remain in beta. The desk distinguishes negative equity from equity below the estimated cost of selling.

Open a listing in Homes to compare its asking price with the Parcl estimate, follow its value over time, and inspect recent sales of similar properties.

Comp mode keeps the target home and nearby sold comparables in view.

When sold comparables are available, open them on the map to see the target home alongside the sales supporting the estimate. The property panel keeps sale dates, prices, sizes, and distances together.

Parcl estimates are in beta. Coverage and confidence vary by home. Homes with limited evidence are identified in the panel.

Keep the properties you are following in a dedicated watchlist. Save homes for sale or rent from the map and compare them in a table built for that listing type.

Each list keeps its own columns and sort order. Property rows preserve listing context as a home moves off market, so a saved lead does not disappear from your workflow.

Share a market watchlist with its selected markets, columns, segment, and sort order. The recipient starts with the same view you were looking at.

Shared links capture a snapshot of the list configuration. Visitors can preview the list, then sign in to activate their own copy. Later changes to your list do not rewrite the shared snapshot.

Homes brings property-level exploration into Parcl HQ. Move from a national view into a market, inspect active listings, and narrow the map to the homes that fit your search.

Use the filters to compare price cuts, seller motivation, asking prices, and property details. Open a result for a closer look, or draw an area to work with a specific group of listings.

Homes requires Pro. At wider zoom levels, the view may be sampled; the interface shows the current scope and any download limits.

Follow the gap between final asking prices and recorded sale prices. The Price & MSI desk now shows sale-to-ask trends alongside the share of listings that return after being taken off the market.

Compare trailing 30-, 60-, and 90-day mean gaps to see how closing prices relate to the last ask. Relist trends provide another view of listing activity beyond the current days-on-market count.

Sale-to-ask coverage varies by market, and recent sale records can still be settling. The chart is hidden where sale-price data is unavailable.
